We service all areas across the entire Perth Region, Western Australia, focussing on different areas on different days of the week. Client requests outside of our normal areas will need to be booked and are usually done on a fortnightly basis.
What payments forms do you accept?
We except online electronic fund transfers (EFT), Cash payments and Bank cheques. Receipts issued.
Do you accept credit cards?
No, we currently don't.
Do I have to be there while the work is being carried out?
There are no requirement for you to be present at the time, in fact most of our jobs are done while our clients are at work.
What about our dog?
All care but no responsibility. We take extreme care to shut gates where pets roam, but we cannot take on the responsibility of your precious family members. If they are experienced escapees we will not chase them down the street.
Can I have a quotation done over the phone?
Cost estimates can be given over the phone with on-site confirmation.
Why should I have the stumps ground out?
For visual aesthetics, allowing for landscaping and replanting as well as reducing the risk of pests like termites.
Do I need Council permission to do this work?
No, unless on council property. You may however need to contact council to clarify who is responsible if stumps are close to undefined boundaries.
Will I have to pay any tip fees?
No, all debris are left on-site unless otherwise stated.
Do you provide an emergency stump grinding service?
Yes, emergency jobs outside our day's serviced area or outside normal working hours will incur an emergency call-out charge. If we are in your area and can get to your emergency job within our normal work hours there will be no call-out fee charged.
Do you clean up when you are finished?
We take pride in leaving your property clean and tidy, sometimes even leaving the site tidier than before we arrived.
